By purchasing from Health Literacy Africa Initiative you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell online courses and book materials delivered digitally. All products are virtual and delivered via email or direct download after payment is confirmed.

3. Payments

All payments are processed in USD via Paynow. Payment must be completed before access is granted.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered if the product was not delivered or is faulty. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing healthliteracyafrica50@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content and materials are owned by Health Literacy Africa Initiative. Buyers may not reproduce, share or resell any purchased material.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately or within 24 hours of payment confirmation to the email used at checkout.
